Product Hire T&Cs

The start date of your hire period will commence as agreed on order. For example if you would like your product to arrive on Saturday, please order Wednesday/Thursday and contact us at [email protected] and state 'Saturday' as your first hire day. If the item arrives prior to this day you will not be charged any extra. 

 

Shortly after order we will contact you to pay your deposit. This will be FULLY refundable and sent using Paypal invoice to ensure a quick and easy refund. This will only be held to ensure the item comes back to us and released as soon as we receive it back. This will be the remainder of the price of the product. For example if a costume is £300 and you're charged £100 for weekend hire, £200 will also be held until the dress is returned.

 

When your hire period ends please post using tracked delivery the following day and email us with a tracking number.

 

Customers are responsible for posting the item back by RECORDED delivery so we can track the progress.

 

We want you to enjoy your night and not worry about wearing a hired outfit, we understand accidents may happen. 

However if the item doesn't come back in a re-hirable condition it will be checked over and you may be liable for repair costs. In extreme cases if the item is irreparable or completely unwearable your deposit will not be returned.

  3. Email [email protected] with the date you would like to receive your delivery.
  4. Pay your deposit invoice sent securely via Paypal.
  5. Receive your Jacksons Fashion outfit and enjoy your night!
  6. Post back using recorded delivery. 
  7. Receive back your full deposit.
